Our Story
Get to Know Us
We’re Deon and Marianne Cooper, a creative team based in Los Angeles. We specialize in preserving personal stories on film.
Marianne is originally from the Netherlands and has a background in communication, writing, and storytelling.
Deon, also known as Deon the Director, is a Bay Area native with years of filmmaking and livestreaming experience.
We’re both published poets, scriptwriters, and storytellers with a deep respect for legacy and real human connection.
Together, we’ve worked on podcasts, short films, livestreams, and documentary-style interviews.
Whether we’re filming at Morris Media Studios or on location somewhere meaningful to you, we guide you through a relaxed, thoughtful interview process - using professional equipment and a whole lot of heart.
With family spread across the U.S. and overseas, we understand how important it is to share meaningful moments with loved ones, wherever they are.

Who will be present during filming?
Deon and Marianne, just the two of us! We aim to keep things intimate, relaxed, and personal. For larger projects, we work with a trusted network of professionals to ensure everything is captured with care and quality.
What do I receive afterward?
You’ll receive a beautifully edited video autobiography delivered via a private, shareable link. We also offer USB or digital keepsake options if requested.
Can I include old photos or family footage?
Yes! We can incorporate scanned photos, home videos, or music that’s meaningful to you, just let us know during planning.
